Oklou premieres “Forever” on Tap Records/True Panther, video out now
“Forever” is Oklou’s missive on post-relationship empowerment. Of the song, she says, “‘Forever’ is about forgiveness and using mistakes as some sort of cement. Something that is so powerful that you’ll remember it forever ∞.”
The new song debuts as Oklou’s first new release since 2018’s Rite of May EP which saw acclaim from titles including Pitchfork, DAZED and The FADER and fans in artists like ROSALÍA and Four Tet.
Additionally, Oklou is set to perform at Pitchfork Paris Festival on November 2. She has previously made festival appearances at Sonar, Red Bull Music Festival Paris, Unsound, Loom and many more.

Daniel Lopatin returns as composer for Josh and Benny Safdie’s latest film, Uncut Gems, whose soundtrack will be out internationally December 13 from Warp Records, the same day the film is released in U.S. theaters by A24. This song was initially sparked while Laufen stood in a bird-watching tower on the border between the Netherlands and Germany. While on tour, someone offered to drive him to the tower in the morning to see the ocean.
DEIVOS: Sixth Album From Polish Death Metal Band, Casus Belli
With the drums recorded at Roslyn Studio in March 2019, the bass recorded at Kamil Home Studio in August 2019, the bulk of DEIVOS’ Casus Belli including guitars and vocals were handled at Zed Studio in Chechło Poland, as were several of the band’s prior albums. The record was also mixed and mastered at Zed Studio by Tomek Zalewski and completed with album art by Maciej Kamuda (Sleep, Coffins, Trauma, Pathology).
