After hosting their New York City debut showcase on Tuesday evening at Rockwood Music Hall, Radio Free Universe (RFU) release “She’s High Again” via Jetpack Records and the Creative Entertainment Network . This is the second single from the album “Love,” which is slated for release in early 2020. “She’s High Again” is available to stream or purchase at all digital service providers now.
Inspired by the true story of a beautiful, troubled young woman, the new single “She’s High Again” is a bass-driven, roller coaster ride through the often dark, occasionally joyous life of an addict. “She’s High Again” follows the release of “Even Angels,” RFU’s debut single and video, which garnered press from outlets The Grateful Web, Skope Magazine, and Vents Magazine.
After a tumultuous year of transition and self-discovery the band is looking inward. “We want to write songs of love, loss, and renewal that are shaped by personal experience and real emotion; songs that remind you what it means to be human, and why music matters.”
