“There are two main themes present in ‘white noise’,” shares singer/guitarist Zach Grace. “The chorus speaks to the power of a relationship and asks the listener and myself to be willing to learn and grow in it. The verses build to those choruses by speaking to the uncertain and volatile nature of vulnerability, and the internal conversation that can trick someone into believing they are better off hiding behind walls and barriers.”

A true body of work, upcoming album sticks to a theme as wild as his wordplay. About its overarching concept, Thompson shared, “Reckless Endangerment is a misdemeanor. It’s living wrongfully. It’s a charge you get when you’re acting so recklessly you could get the people around you hurt. That’s kind of what my life is and what all of the homies lives are. We’re on this journey trying to find fulfillment, and we’re all lost as Hell trying to figure it out. No matter what, we bright each other with. To us, Reckless Endangerment is knowing better, but still choosing not to do better, yet never alone. It’s finding a substantial risk, and saying, ‘Fuck it’. Whether that’s right or wrong is up to you to decide.”

SASCHA PAETH’S MASTERS OF CEREMONY Release Debut Album “Signs of Wings” Today

The album is a big fat bag of tricks, showcasing things that have always worked well in some of our very favorite metal albums. Sascha could have easily gone with the safe option, and tapped a big-name male vocalist from his past portfolio, or from the entire Frontiers Music catalog at large. However, he trusted his ears and his gut, and pushed a young American girl to new vocal territory, and the bet seems to have really paid off in the final product

“Coriahosanota” is a melodically addictive track from Norway-based artist Ralph Rodolen

Panting vocal effects and woodwind-forward sampling emerges amidst developing cavernous electronic effects, with rhythm and a funk bass kicking in just before the one-minute mark.

Ralph Rodolen started crafting electronic music early 2018. Prior to that, he sung and played guitar in two rock-bands. As one of thoes bands started to fade away, Ralph started to get interested in DAWs (digital audio workstations).

Oakland’s Half Stack return with dusty, twangy “Goner” [ffo: Dick Stusso, Natural Child, Orville Peck]

Today we are teaming up with the incredible Post-Trash to share the first single from Half Stack’s forthcoming EP. On “Goner”, the band double down on the twangy indie that has made them a staple of Bay Area lineups and received glowing praise from critics. It’s a stripped down, minimalistic approach to songwriting that works as the perfect soundtrack to waning summer days spent on the porch, High Life in hand and friends nearby.

Felin releases playfully twisted single LaLaLa

FELIN is back with a statement that’s bolder than ever. As the third single from her upcoming debut album, new track ‘LaLaLa’ follows on from dark and brooding ‘Woman With A Knife’ both sonically and thematically.
