TIM BAKER to Release Solo Debut FOREVER OVERHEAD April 19th on Arts & Crafts

On his debut solo album Forever Overhead, Hey Rosetta! frontman and principle songwriter Tim Baker warmly welcomes you in. The first words we hear him sing on the lead single “Dance” are akin to a toast: “Here’s to the other side, lifted high.” About the track, Baker notes, ‘”Dance” is a song about longing – longer for love/lust/intimacy/connection, for youth/the past, and for nature/larger world. For me this has always been a song sung from someone held apart – convalescing maybe – from someone dreaming of being alive and close to love and something important.”

HAAS Releases Music Video For Debut Single “Behind Those Eyes”

“Behind Those Eyes” is the debut single off HAAS’ upcoming EP. This song is about the dynamics of my relationship with my sister, at a particular point in time, and how an outside influence was changing my perception of her. The song shows the emotional roller coaster that was a year of my life. It shows how an outside influence can have so much influence over someone. This is a song about my efforts to “save” her, but at some point, you have to stop trying and move on. Though this song is immensely personal, I believe that it can be applied to any type of relationship.
