Marking some of his most personal work to date, a modern tragedy vol. 2 touches on the environment around grandson and serves as a commentary on gun violence, on apathy and sensationalized media, on truth and martyrdom.

Following the announcement of LÉON’s’You and I World Tour – Part 1,’ which starts in Europe on March 30, the Swedish artist has confirmed she will be releasing her highly anticipated self-titled debut album worldwide on March 1 via her own LÉON Recordings imprint on BMG.

To celebrate the news of her forthcoming full-length release, LÉON has also released a brand new single and video titled ‘You and I.’ The gloriously up-tempo single was written by LÉON and produced by Electric and comes with a stunning official music video directed by Wendy McColm, also out today. American Authors Release Highly Anticipated Third Album ‘Seasons’, OUT NOW!

Brooklyn-based multi-platinum group American Authors, whose infectious breakthrough “Best Day Of My Life” became the lynchpin to over 1.7 billion combined global audio streams over their last two albums, have released their long-awaited third studio album, Seasons, today February 1, 2019, via Island Records.

Seasons was recorded with veteran producers Cason Cooley (Ingrid Michaelson) and Trent Dabbs (Kacey Musgraves, TV’s Nashville) in a mountainside studio 20 minutes outside Nashville. Surrounded by woods and overlooking nature, the album takes its title from experiencing all four seasons of Tennessee weather during the recording sojourn, from winter snow to summer sun. Simultaneously, American Authors embraced formative ’90s influences, from alternative stalwarts like Weezer and Nirvana.

Filipino-American post-rock outfit Wander breathe new life into the genre

On Wednesday, Kerrang! helped us share the new video from Bay Area post-rock group Wander. The all Filipino band, comprised of brothers brothers Ryan David and Christian Francisco, as well as friends Joseph Aguda and Bernard Barcela, are only in their early twenties, but have been refining their sound since their teens. It’s on their new record that the band seem to have truly hit their stride. On title track “March”, the band pair gorgeously nostalgic instrumentals with breathtaking imagery to stunning effect.
