Valentino Khan Teams Up With Kayzo for ‘Novocaine,’

Valentino Khan and Kayzo’s new track “Novocaine” should come with a warning label: not for the faint of heart (or hearing). Prepare for an assault to the senses from the start of the track, which begins with intense hardstyle-influenced percussion. Khan uses this as a warm up to deliver jarring, distorted synths and a heavy dose of bass, melding elements of trap and drum & bass to make “Novocaine” a hybrid of modern bass music. The track, which is out on Diplo’s Mad Decent record label, follows a huge announcement from Khan: he will be playing his biggest live show to date at the Hollywood Palladium on March 9th, joining the ranks of legendary artists who have graced the iconic venue’s decks before him. Attendees can expect to hear new music like “Novocaine” as well as Khan’s popular tracks from the last year, including “Feel Your Love” and “Lick It.”

WITCHGÖAT (Black Thrash from El Salvador, Central America): Debut Album “Egregors of the Black Faith”

WITCHGÖAT was conceived in the middle of 2016 by the long serving Salvadorian guitarist P. Scyther with the aim to form a black/thrash metal project that would carry off the effervescence of the old school thrash metal, the brutality and the precariousness of the ’80s extreme metal, and the dire melodies of the ’90s blackened death metal. He had shortly begun composing for the nameless project. The drummer E. Driller joined him in the early 2017 and the recording process was started straight away under the moniker of WITCHGÖAT. The lineup of WITCHGÖAT was completed upon the arrival of M. Miasma (vocals) and C. Fog (bassist) in the mid – 2017.

NEAL FRANCIS DROPS NEW “THESE ARE THE DAYS” SINGLE TODAY | ON TOUR NOW!

“I just wanted to be honest about everything, from my musical influences to my story,” muses Neal Francis. After years of dishonest living — consumed by drugs, alcohol, and addiction — such sincerity is jarring from the 30-year-old Chicago-based musician. Liberated from a self-destructive past and born anew in sobriety, Francis has captured an inspired collection of songs steeped in New Orleans rhythms and Chicago blues. His music evokes a bygone era of R&B’s heyday while simultaneously forging a new path on the musical landscape. Ohio-based Karma Chief Records (a subsidiary of rising soul label Colemine Records) will release two songs, “These Are The Days” and “Changes, Pt. 1,” in early 2019 with the full LP to follow in summer 2019.

The Nicoteenagers kick down 2019’s door with crushing new single ‘Big Thing’

Perfect for music fans who like their rock music delivered undiluted with a side of scrambled, electrified chaos, ‘Big Thing’ is The Nicoteenagers capturing this perfect storm on record with flair. The Nirvana influences can be heard throughout, but in the vocals and warped nuances of the electric guitar, The Nicoteenagers’ latest comes reminiscent of early Muse, Radiohead and Tool – doused in equal parts drama and rhythmic prowess.
