French Electronic Duo Scratch Massive Drop Two New Remixes
Maud Geffray and Sebastien Chenut have been keeping the decks hot since 1999 when the magic of Scratch Massive first began. Hailing from Paris, the pair eventually moved their talents overseas to Los Angeles, where they eventually launched the electronic dance music label bORDEL Records in 2016. While a European influence of deep and brooding beats drives the sound of Scratch Massive, a glimmer of Southern California vibes seep in with Geffray’s angelic vocals and edgy combinations of synths and percussion.
Australian artist/producer, Arthur Wimble, has shared his new single, “Miss You,” with The 405. They praised the track, saying, “‘Miss You’ simmers and stews in the painful feelings of a love that never worked out. The music builds carefully and cautiously, offering the listener warmth and beauty.”
“Miss You is about 4am heartache – when you decide it’s the perfect time to scroll through your phone contacts, question all the decisions you’ve made in life, and wonder where it all went wrong. In reality, you just need to go home and get 8 hours sleep” says Arthur Wimble.
