Bird Concerns ‘The Monster’ Single
Bird Concerns is a four-piece garage rock band from Los Angeles, California. Auramancer impress on new track “Tree of Love”
In 2007, searching for a more aggressive yet groovy rock style, he formed the stoner rock band the1984, influenced by Alice in Chains, Down and Silverchair. Their first album, ‘Room 101’, was written, recorded and produced by Blaede at studio Sainte-Marthe in Paris. ‘Room 101’ was well received by critics and served as the catalyst for the1984’s success in playing shows and performing strongly in music competitions all over Belgium.

PINK TEA Releases Self-Titled EP
Pink Tea is a project from local Brisbane bloke Tom Murphy. In his mid 20’s with a lot of stories of past experiences to tell in the form of rock music, he uses a blend of ambient acoustic guitar mixed with sharp distorted electric, to tell tales of heartache and mental strains.
After the debut single ‘Send Me A Letter’ (released in 2016) picked up plenty of positive feedback from local radio stations around Australia (4ZZZ, Radio Port Douglas), Pink Tea has been working harder than ever for the follow up – honing in on a new skill set through live performances, musical production and arrangements in song writing.

All seemingly trying to prevent us, by any means necessary, from fulfilling our potential.
The trick I was taught, when negative emotions swept over me (as they do all of us), was to imagine the voice as an actual monkey that lives in my head.

Inspired by dance videos posted in response to the band’s music video for “Taste”, frontman Milosh cast dancers and recruited local filmmakers from around the globe via Instagram to create the clip’s individual shots. Directed by Milosh, the stunning clip was filmed in Berlin, Tokyo, Moscow, Ghana, Joshua Tree National Park, and Los Angeles.
New Julian Lage album ‘Modern Lore’ out now
Grammy-nominated guitar virtuoso and composer Julian Lage’s new album, Modern Lore (Mack Avenue Records), is out today. Modern Lore is Lage’s second trio album, and it follows 2017’s Mount Royal, a collaborative record with guitarist and singer Chris Eldridge, which was nominated for Best Contemporary Instrumental Album at this year’s Grammy Awards.
