C-TROX Releases New Album Slightly Intoxicated

Get a bit drunk with affection from Slightly Intoxicated, the new album from rising hip-hop artist C-TROX that is available everywhere now.

The eight track album features buzz singles “Coastin,” and “Feeling Lucky.” Str8OutDaDen raves of “Feeling Lucky, “C-TROX fuses EDM, hip-hop and house perfectly.” Of “Coastin,” The Word is Bond claims it to be a, “self inspirational song that is an upbeat, uplighting track.”

25 year-old pop trailblazer Charli XCX delivers another forward-thinking body of work, ‘Pop 2’ mixtape out today, featuring a glittering line-up of special guests: Carly Rae Jepsen, Tove Lo, ALMA, Chairlift’s Caroline Plachek, Brooke Candy, CupcakKe, Pabllo Vittar, Dorian Electra, Mykki Blanco, Tommy Cash, Kim Petras, Jay Park and MØ (listen here)!

Chicago’s File 13 Records announces the pre-order and first listen for media of “Zebulon,” a compelling yet irresistibly catchy new single from solo artist Jon Lindsay, officially out worldwide on December 22nd. The song features a ridiculously funky horn arrangement from Matt Douglas of The Mountain Goats, and drums by John Howie Junior, of Sarah Shook and the Disarmers. It also happens to artfully tackle systemic bigotry—from the bigot’s POV, no less—as well as anybody has since the classic Randy Newman records of the 1970s.

New Single: Eric Sharp ft Somme — Night Turns To Day

Coming off a Hype Machine #1 track with ‘Take This Time ft Zhao’, Night Turns To Day is an exploration of a slightly slower pace than most of Eric’s work. On the production side, its a lush, melodic mid-tempo jam that should be enjoyed in an early afternoon pool party or a lounge atmosphere. The songwriting digs into the sweet madness of obsession, with Somme’s warm vocal tones suiting the vibe of the track perfectly.

Classically trained in music with a sound that blends techno, house and electro, French producer Wielki has rapidly carved out a reputation for himself as one of this year’s leading artists to watch. Listeners are quick to fall under the spell of his dark and melodic sound, and his debut artist EP is no exception. Titled “Empire,” the young talent’s masterpiece will include remixes by Joris Delacroix and Villanova. Stay tuned for this unique audio journey, available now on all digital platforms.
