SINARO RELEASE “BREAK THE PARADIGM” OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO

New York City-based heavy metal band SINARO has just shared their long-awaited official music video for the single “Break the Paradigm.” Led by Brazilian born guitarist Gus Sinaro, the band has been paving a name for themselves in the New York City metal scene and beyond. The video also features a guest appearance by guitarist Oli Herbert of All That Remains. The song, which was mixed by Chris “Zeus” Harris, is packed with shredding guitar solos, thunderous drums and catchy vocal melodies that will soon be lodged in your brain.

Los Angeles Police Department Shares “Drugs” Video

Los Angeles Police Department continues its month-long Monday residency at The Bootleg Theater. A lo-fi pop act helmed by singer/songwriter Ryan Pollie, Los Angeles Police Department released its self-titled sophomore album on Anti- Records earlier this year.

Los Angeles Police Department began its residency at The Bootleg Theater last Monday night. The remaining residency dates are November 20 and November 27.

THE AMITY AFFLICTION COVER SILVERCHAIR’S “TOMORROW”

Australia’s The Amity Affliction have shared a cover of Silverchair‘s 1994 anthem, “Tomorrow,” as part of an upcoming Silverchair tribute compilation album titled, Spawn (Again): A Tribute To Silverchair, which will be released on November 17th by UNFD. The album sees artists such as The Amity Affliction, Northlane, Hands Like Houses, Tonight Alive and In Hearts Wake recreating some of Silverchair’s biggest hits.

DJ & producer Fantastic Man new 12″ titled ‘P.M.T.C.’

Australian DJ & producer Fantastic Man returns to Superconscious Records for his first 12″ of 2017. The release follows on from 2016’s heavily supported, acid-inflected ‘Rhythm Algorithm’ EP, which featured in Aphex Twin’s festival DJ sets at both Field Day and Primavera this summer, and a debut LP under his Mind Lotion moniker, released via tastemaker Parisian label Antinote Records. This release will mark the label’s tenth, and a further evolution for Fantastic Man, in the form of the P.M.T.C. project.

Incubus Announces Rescheduled 2018 Dates at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

Multi-platinum alternative rock heavyweight, Incubus, announced today rescheduled show dates at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino after postponing their limited engagement in October 2017 following the 1 October tragedy. Presented by X107.5, performances are scheduled for Friday, Feb. 2 and Saturday, Feb. 3 and returning on Friday, March 30 and Saturday, March 31. Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 17 at 10 a.m.

Mikky Ekko confirms 2018 tour dates with BØRNS

Mikky Ekko will embark on a series of tour dates supporting BØRNS in 2018. The winter tour kicks off January 17 at Oakland’s Fox Theatre and includes stops at Chicago’s Riviera Theatre, Houston’s White Oak Music Hall, Atlanta’s Tabernacle, Boston’s House of Blues, DC’s The Anthem, Brooklyn’s Brooklyn Steel, Manhattan’s Terminal 5 and Philadelphia’s Electric Factory. Tickets are now on sale.

The performances will feature material from Ekko’s anticipated new album, FAME, due out early 2018 on Interscope Records. Listen to two new songs from the album here: “Blood On The Surface” and “Light The Way.”

Baxter Dury Shares “Prince of Tears” on Brooklyn Vegan

Baxter Dury has shared the video for Prince of Tears, exclusively on Brooklyn Vegan. The album of the same name is out now via his new label Heavenly Recordings – available on vinyl, CD & DL.

The Director, Roger Sargent enthused that Baxter trained for two weeks for the video, ““Though some trickery is involved, 80 percent of the punches are real – and hurt! We wanted that realism to be the spine of the shoot, so that Baxters acting would be all the more real.” Speaking on the video, Baxter states it’s: “a dream sequence about fighting something that you love that will destroy you.”.

blackbear (born Matthew Musto) has released three previous independent albums, Deadroses, Help, and digital druglord, along with a self-titled Mansionz album. He has collaborated with such artists as Gnash, G-Eazy, James Blake, Machine Gun Kelly, and Linkin Park, among others. The original version of his single, “do re mi,” from his album digital druglord, has racked up more than 125 million streams on Spotify and was the first blackbear track to crack the Billboard Hot 100. “There’s definitely a lot of programming that went into these tracks. Even the live drums I recorded ended up getting chopped up quite a bit. I also sampled some jam sessions I had at my studio over the past few years, which all got very chopped up, re-pitched, and processed. There are some live keys playing in there, as well as some bass lines which I played out live on a midi keyboard, which allowed me to slide around individual notes. I also laid down some very warbled vocals for “Find Us Here.” I recorded the tracks mainly with Ableton Live but also used Logic and Reason for some additional sounds & production.”
