Richie + Rosie to Release ‘Nowhere In Time’

Richie and Rosie, the power duo known for their unique harmonies and unmatched talent, announce the release of their second full-length record, Nowhere in Time, on November 10, 2017. This morning, Folk Radio UK premiered their first single and video from the album, “Waterbound”.

After three years of touring and writing, the duo returned to the studio last December to record Nowhere in Time with producer Alex Perialas at Pyramid Sound Studios. The album highlights the incredibly-refined skill of both musicians — and while the majority of the album is a simple combination of fiddle, banjo, and captivating melodies, the duo manages to pack an incredibly full sound. “At the beginning, we were thinking it might be a project with lots of other people involved, more of a big production. As we went through it, we realized that the magic lies within the duo. We have an intimacy of music and we feel the power of two people playing. That’s who we are,” said Rosie.

Layne Montgomery Paper Company Share “Teenage Feelings” Video Via Impose

Today, Brooklyn-based, indie rock band, Layne Montgomery Paper Company, share their new single and video, “Teenage Feelings.” Impose premiered the video, stating “The track is a whip-smart slice of power-pop with a riotous energy ready to rally you through those long, crisp autumn city nights.” This is the debut track from the newly named band, formally known as The Romantic Comedy, and prior to that, The Great American Novel. “Teenage Feelings” was recorded, mixed and mastered by Ayad Al Adhamy (Passion Pit, Team Spirit) at Diamond City Studios in New York City. The Funeral Portrait To Support Emery On Tour This November

Atlanta-based rock band, The Funeral Portrait, have already had a busy year and don’t look to be slowing down any time soon. With a little more than a week until the band heads out on “The Empress Tour” with Social Repose, it was announced today that The Funeral Portrait will be joining Emery on tour this fall. The week-long set of dates is a part of Emery’s $10 Fan Appreciation Tour which features tickets for general admission starting at $10 a piece with VIP tickets for $30. The Funeral Portrait will join Civilian, Loyals, and In Your Memory as support. Daryl Hall & John Oates are embarking on a Southern run of their successful North American tour, performing in Cedar Park, Sugar Land, Tuscaloosa and Jacksonville before wrapping up on September 30th in Charleston at the North Charleston Coliseum.

Some cities on this Southern run of tour dates were badly affected by both Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma. Daryl Hall & John Oates will be donating a portion of their ticket sales from select tour dates to the Red Cross to benefit those in need during this time.
