Today, Panic is Perfect premieres a new video for their track “Nothing’s Wrong With It” on VEVO. The song is a light-hearted take on the music industry machine, and how the executives at a record label can sometimes force themselves into the creative process with unintentionally hilarious results.
The video, directed by Brett Mazurek, showcases five young people in the roles of Label Head, Super Producer, Stylist, Accountant and A&R lampooning the process of making an artist into a star. Anyone who has spent anytime in the music industry will recognize the personality traits portrayed flawlessly by these talented newcomers. The band is promised the world by these powerful figures but ends up exhausted trying to keep up with an ever-changing list of demands.
