DNC ANNOUNCES BETTY WHO TO PERFORM AT LGBT GALA
Today, the Democratic National Committee is proud to announce that acclaimed singer-songwriter Betty Who will be the featured performer at the DNC’s annual LGBT Gala fundraiser in New York City on September 27, 2015, joining President Obama who will headline the event.

Nashville natives THE CADILLAC THREE rallied Saturday night at The Cannery Ballroom for an epic hometown show, which sold out in less than one week. During the raging headline concert, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler joined the trio on stage for “Sweet Emotion.” The iconic songwriter and prolific singer, who was introduced as the reason TC3 wanted to be musicians, proved the admiration was mutual when he revealed a shirt announcing he was the newest member of The Cadillac 4.

The closing song off EP I, “Tomorrows Crashes” is The Dead Ships’ homage to the come down song, chronicling those dark moments after a really long bender and what lead singer, Devlin McCluskey claims is like, “waking up surrounded by still-drunk-strangers with all the color gone from their faces and you just want to run because something bad happened and something worse is coming.”

AMERICAN SONGWRITER PREMIERES DANIEL’S NEW TRACK “ON OUR WAY HOME”
“Our golden age is here,” Daniel Martin Moore sings on the title track of his latest offering, and he could easily be singing about his own career. Moore has steadily gained a following as one of our most emotive and haunting singers since his acclaimed debut back in 2008. THE MARLENES “CAKEWALK”
The Marlenes are a 3-piece band, formed from high school friends in 2014 on the Mornington Peninsula. They bring to the table a Lo-Fi Garage Rock genre of their own, drawing inspiration from bands like The Wailers, The Strokes, and The Hives, as well as sounds from 60’s soul and ska. Their sound is combination of rhythmic ska guitars, catchy lead hooks, jumpy bass lines and thumping garage drums.
They are currently playing local gigs throughout the suburbs of Melbourne and have recently recorded their debut EP Jumpin’ Cliffs at Headgap studios in January 2015.
DONNIE FRITTS NEW SINGLE
On October 9, Muscle Shoals legend Donnie Fritts will release a new album, Oh My Goodness through the Florence, Alabama-based Single Lock Records (Steelism, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Dylan LeBlanc). The album is the first to be produced by John Paul White, formerly of the Grammy-wining duo The Civil Wars, along with Ben Tanner of the Alabama Shakes. Oh My Goodness features an all-star cast of contributors including Brittany Howard of The Alabama Shakes, Jason Isbell, John Prine, Amanda Shires, The Secret Sisters, Spooner Oldham and many more.
Recently, Rolling Stone premiered the song “If It’s Really Gotta Be This Way” and said “Oh My Goodness is Fritts’ chance to say that the musical power of Muscle Shoals is not found in some singing river – it’s in people like him.”
REVI SELLS OUT IN NYC

The new single “Weak” first premiered yesterday as Apple Music’s Beats 1 ‘World First’ with Zane Lowe. “Weak” is a lush, poetic song that showcases lead singer, Kelly Zutrau’s haunting vocals.
