Entertainment One’s Toronto-based Secret Broadcast (www.SecretBroadcast.com) released the most acclaimed album of their career, Filthy Souls, in 2014 with 2 Rock Radio Top 40 hits More Than Friends and Filthy Souls, and 2 videos over 100,000 views. Now, the group is preparing for an invention on a whole new kind of creativity, becoming the world’s first band to record with 3D printed instruments for their One Born Every Minute single and video.

Lead singer Matt Lightstone says, “We really like to have fun with our videos. Some of our previous video concepts were absolutely ridiculous on paper, but we knew we would have a great time making them. Our video for ‘More Than Friends’ is a perfect example – Who in their right mind would throw a cat birthday party? Well, we thought it would be fun to play with kittens for a day, so we made it happen.”

“About a month ago, we were having a few drinks while brainstorming some ideas for our new video when we overheard someone at the next table discussing 3D printers. Five minutes later we had our concept. We thought it would be a blast to make our own 3D printed instruments and record a song with them. It hasn’t been done before, and we were all curious to find out how they would sound.”
