Chicago-based experimental musician Lykanthea and shoegaze trio Savage Sister are thrilled to announce the release of their collaborative EP sundrowned on January 21, 2014. Co-written by Michael Tenzer of Savage Sister and Lakshmi Ramgopal of Lykanthea (also known for her work in Love and Radiation), the EP blends Tenzer’s glowing synths with Ramgopal’s brooding vocals.

sundrowned is Lykanthea’s first release in advance of a debut full-length which drops later this year. Savage Sister, whose self-titled debut drew praise from Hearing Gold and Perfect Midnight World, will release a second EP in February.
