Featuring production on two songs and a full mix from iconic songwriter Jeff Tweedy, the 10-song collection channels the group’s manic live virtuosity into a rollicking 10-song mission statement. White Denim will headline KGSR’s Blues on the Green in Austin, TX tonight. The band will play the Austin City Limits festival and tour the U.S. with Tame Impala this fall. Tickets are on sale now for the run, which will kick off at The Pageant in St. Louis, MO on October 8. In a live review, the LA Weekly observed, “it’s refreshing to see a band without pretense or shtick, whose only agenda is to play the hell out of their instruments and bring the audience along for the ride.” With Corsicana Lemonade, White Denim consciously set out to capture the feel of its lightning-rod live sets.
