West coast hip-hop artist Spencer Williams aka Spends Quality is releasing two full length LPs on his own label, CFO Recordings. The first is Flight Music. The second project, Time Peace is collaboration with Bay Area producer Mr. Tay. “He would send me beats, often times with a title, and I would just go with it,” Spends explains the process of making the album. “This project represents a piece of time, and a time of peace. A period where I was using just my words to explore my inner-depths and the world around me in order to find my own personal peace of mind.” Guests on Time Peace include Adam Fission, Miss Marianna and Brycon.
