Sam Marine’s new video for “I Got You (Little Darlin’)”. Marine will be releasing his debut album, Lacktown, on April 16th, 2013, and will be touring the east coast in support of the album in March 2013.
[youtube H838WYxqO54]Lacktown reverts back to a more genuine form of music, and although the instrumentation is skillful and tight, the production is less technical. The lyrics are heartwarming and relatable, such as in “I Got You (Little Darlin’)” where Sam growls, “don’t take it too bad/ our time came and went so fast/ brace yourself little’ darlin’/ we’re headed for a crash.”
