GAGA’S “JUDAS” VIDEO IS OUT!
The video for Lady Gaga’s new song “Judas” has leaked hours before it was supposed to premiere last night. It was rumored to feature lots of Christian religious imagery and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The clip opens with Gaga riding behind a man on a motorcycle. The man, who wears a crown of thorns on his head, likely represents Jesus. There are also 12 motorcycles riding behind them, a probable analogy for Jesus’s 12 disciples. Later on, in between a large dance routine, Gaga’s Mary Magdalene character confronts Judas with a large gun, but instead of shooting him, only lipstick comes out of the weapon. After that, she’s seen washing both Jesus’s and Judas’s feet, a scene from the story of Jesus’s crucifixion. Check out the full video now at 4Music.com.
