Nettwerk is excited to announce that PETER MURPHY has signed to its label roster to release his upcoming ninth studio album, aptly titled NINTH, out JUNE 7, 2011. The former Bauhaus iconic frontman has also just announced spring tour dates, including a stop in Austin, TX during SXSW.
Murphy is the latest addition to Nettwerk’s growing label roster, which currently includes active artists like Ladytron, Angus & Julia Stone and fellow recent signing William Fitzsimmons, as well as catalogue artists like Skinny Puppy and Severed Head. Says Mark Jowett, Nettwerk VP of International A&R/Publishing, “We are honored to be releasing Peter’s excellent new album Ninth and to introduce him to a whole new bastion of fans.”
