FERGIE WANTS TO BE ON GLEE

Fergie wants to be on Glee!   The Black Eyed Peas singer was recently honored as Billboard’s Woman of the Year, and while on the red carpet, she told E! MADONNA’S BOYFRIEND SPEAKS

Madonna’s new boyfriend, French dancer Brahim Zaibat, has opened up about his relationship with the pop star.   The 24-year-old told English paper the Daily Mail that Madge is “just a woman like all the others. JUSTIN GETS HURT ON SET OF NEW MOVIE

Justin Timberlake was injured while performing a stunt on the set of his latest film, Now.   The pop star-turned-actor’s rep told ET Online that Justin hurt his leg last Wednesday but was able to return to work the next day.   Head to ETOnline.com to learn more.

RIHANNA, JUSTIN BIEBER TOP BILLBOARD SOCIAL 50 CHART

Billboard has just released a new chart called the Social 50, which ranks the most active artists on the world’s leading social-networking sites.   Rihanna and Justin Bieber place first and second on the list, respectively, followed by Eminem, Lady Gaga and Nicki Minaj. Filling out the top 10 are the Black Eyed Peas, Katy Perry, Ke$ha, Linkin Park and Shakira. Other artists who made the list include Taylor Swift, Usher, Lil Wayne, Kanye West and Paramore.   The Social 50 will be published each week in Billboard and on Billboard.com.

A NEW ALBUM FROM BRITNEY IN MARCH!

KE$HA GOES HARD IN NEW VIDEO

Last week, Ke$ha released the new video for her latest hit, “We R Who We R.”   The clip features the singer and her crew going hard all covered in glitter, wearing torn t-shirts and tights and partying in the seedy parts of town.

TWO GERMAN HACKERS IN TROUBLES

Two young German computer hackers allegedly stole pop songs from Lady Gaga, Justin Timberlake, Ke$ha and Kelly Clarkson, selling them online and forcing the advanced release of several singles, according to Billboard.   An 18-year-old high school student and his alleged accomplice, a 23-year-old unemployed man, are under investigation for using a Trojan Horse to hack into the artists’ computers for about 12 months before being discovered.   In that time, the two allegedly earned more than 13-thosuand dollars in illegal sales.

GREEN DAY BASSIST SHOWS PIC OF HIS NEW BABY!

Green Day bassist Mike Dirnt and his wife welcomed their third child into the world this week. Dirnt shared a photo of his brand new baby girl on GreenDay.com and revealed some details. His daughter is named Ryan Ruby Mae Pritchard and weighed seven-pounds, six-ounces. Congrats!

MCR MAKE BOLD CHOICES

My Chemical Romance scrapped a whole year of work on a new album before finally making their fantastic new record, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys. Singer Gerard Way told Billboard that the decision to shelf the previous material “felt like we were holding our career over an open flame.” What does Way make of the final product?   He said, “It feels like a victory to see art win over fear of commerce.”

B.O.B. SPILLS ON STATUS OF NEXT ALBUM

B.o.B has already begun recording the follow-up to his debut album, B.o.B Presents: The Adventures of Bobby Ray. Backstage at the GRAMMY nominations event in L-A, the Grand Hustle artist revealed that his next project will be created the same way he approached his first LP (See Related Cut #5). Sounds like the disc won’t be ready anytime soon. Luckily, fans can download the rapper’s new mixtape, No Genre, for free tomorrow via BobATL.com.

TAKE THAT SCORES NUMBER ONE ALBUM IN EUROPE

Take That has Europe’s new number one album with Progress, replacing Rihanna’s Loud, while the Barbadian star’s “Only Girl (In The World)” spends its fifth week atop the European Hot 100 singles chart.   According to Billboard, Progress is Take That’s first album since Robbie Williams returned to the five-piece band.   It leaps seven notches to number one on the European Album chart after securing a second week at number one in the U-K.  

50 CENT TALKS MJ COLLABORATION

50 Cent was humbled to be a part of Michael Jackson’s upcoming posthumous album, Michael. The rapper recalled speaking to MJ and stated, “To talk to him is confirmation on different levels that you’ve made it. He wanted to work with me.” Curtis added, “I really don’t care about a lot of the other artists, but Mike is special.” The King Of Pop and Fif collaborated on a Teddy Riley-produced song called “Monster.” Be sure to get Michael, slated to drop on December 14th.

DRAKE TALKS GRAMMY NODS

Drake sat down with Global Grind to talk about his GRAMMY nominations for Best New Artist and Best Rap Album. When asked about his four nods, the solidified rap star stated, “It’s a dream come true in the literal sense, that thing you have between sleeping and waking up.” Drizzy feels he’s “been having this dream, [but he] never knew where it was and it never really specified what the award was, but I knew it was a night I could let the people know—the people in my life know—how much they have done with me. To have four opportunities to have that chance is incredible.”
