MILEY CYRUS GOES GLOBAL TONIGHT
Miley Cyrus will take the stage tonight at the House of Blues in West Hollywood, California for a show that will be steamed live around the world. The live stream event will begin around 10:30 PM Eastern. The next day, the concert will be archived and made available for on-demand viewing, allowing fans to access the full concert and to view specific performances. Cyrus’ Can’t Be Tamed album is out now.
WILL.I.AM TO GET STAR ON HOLLYWOOD WALK OF FAME
According to The Associated Press, will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas is set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The L-A native will be the fourth hip-hop act to receive the honor. Diddy received a star two years ago. As yet, no date has been set for the ceremony. Other people set to get stars include Oprah Winfrey, Penelope Cruz, Rascal Flatts, Melissa Etheridge and The Muppets.
JUSTIN BIEBER PREFERS BRAINS OVER BEAUTY
Justin Bieber prefers brains to beauty. According to ContactMusic.com, the 16-year-old singer is currently single but knows what he is looking for in a potential girlfriend. At the top of the list: Good conversation. Bieber wants a girl with a nice personality, a good sense of humor, nice eyes and a brain. He added that he likes natural girls and doesn’t like when ladies wear a lot of make-up.
RIHANNA’S TOUR RIDER!
TheSmokingGun.com got their hands on the rider for Rihanna’s Last Girl on Earth Tour. The rider reveals Rihanna asks for animal print cushions and a throw rug to decorate her dressing area, as well as vases of white tulips and lavender roses. The singer also requests an “ice-blue” color scheme and “no sequins” on any of the pillows or sofas, and most importantly, the bathroom must be “spotless” and the toilet given a “deep clean.”

DEMI LOVATO TEAMS UP WITH THE RED CROSS TO HELP CHILE
Demi Lovato teamed up with the American Red Cross to help out victims of the earthquake in Chile. Lovato asked teens to write letters to the young people of Chile to show them support and that they haven’t been forgotten. She hand delivered the letters to a shelter in the nation’s capitol Santiago. Chile was rocked by a devastating 8.8 magnitude earthquake back on February 27th. DRAKE’S TOP FIVE HIP HOP IDOLS!
In this month’s issue of People magazine, Drake revealed his top five hip hop idols. The rapper, who is featured as the magazine’s Breakout New Artist, looks up to Lil Wayne, Andre 3000, Kanye West, Jay-Z and Nas. LILITH FAIR LOCAL TALENT SEARCH: LOS ANGELES
The 2010 Lilith Tour and OurStage.com have announced the winner of the Los Angeles-area local talent search: Jes Hudak. The singer/songwriter, originally from Saratoga Springs, New York, entered the competition with her original pop song “National Holiday.” Jes will kick things off with a performance on the Village Stage in Irvine, California on July 10th at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. HAYLEY WILLIAMS RANTS ABOUT MUSIC JOURNALISTS
Paramore singer Hayley Williams doesn’t seem too happy about their cover story in the latest issue of Spin. The frontwoman took to their website to blog about the piece saying they didn’t get a handle on the band.
