According to People magazine, My Chemical Romance drummer Bob Bryar is suing a dog trainer after his dog died in his care and was returned to him cremated. Bryar is suing Daniel Schaffer for breach of contract, fraud, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Bryar told People, “I don’t even know what happened to my best friend and I miss her more than anything in the world.” My Chemical Romance are currently working on the follow-up to their Black Parade album.
