Los Angeles’ Ediblehead, a dynamic, dance driven new alt-pop duo who rose from the ashes of popular electronic rockers West Indian Girl bring their bright debut single and video “Hearts on Fire” on February 12, 2016. The single comes at a perfect time, when the world truly needs some fun!

Ediblehead is the creation of Robby Rockit and Eva Zeva, former bandmates in the acclaimed Astralwerks dream-rock band West Indian Girl, known for tracks such as “What Are You Afraid Of?” and “Hollywood” which are still regularly played on KCRW and other LA stations. Then known as Robert James, he was West Indian Girl’s founder, lead singer and guitarist. At Astralwerks, Rockit released two albums, and also recorded with labelmates Chemical Brothers. He connected with Eva at a private show and they joined forces for West Indian Girl’s final release. They have since been incubating a fusion of art, fashion, tech and transcendence with their music, for a vibe that can best be described as a rave-B-52s.
