Details are out about the new Spinal Tap album. The set, called Back from the Dead, is the group’s first in nearly two decades. Singer “David St. Hubbins,” also known as actor Michael McKean, spoke about the effort saying, “The album title says it all. We are back from the dead. But we weren’t dead. But we definitely are back.” The record features many of the band’s classics from the movie This is Spinal Tap. Def Leppard’s Phil Collen, John Mayer and Steve Vai also make appearances on the album. Back from the Dead is out on June 16th.
