Dream pop songstress, Whitney Tai, announces the release of her single, “Falling,” from her upcoming EP, Forever. Written and produced by Tai, the EP, boasting two brand new tracks, is set to release in May 2016. “Falling” was produced by Billboard charting producer and member of Ruby Velle & The Soulphonics, Spencer Garn. Tai says, “[Forever] is a free-spirited joy ride about human innocence and romance through the eyes of a girl who has realized that she can capture a piece of beauty and hold it in her hands forever.”
Whitney Tai is an emerging singer, songwriter, entertainer and designer from New York City. In January 2014, Tai released her first pop single, “To Be Loved,” and a remix by Adrian Buster shortly after. The song received Hot Shot of the week on two FM stations in the country of Holland gaining her recognition from DJ’s and producers worldwide. In April 2015, Whitney dropped her first debut pop alternative album, “Metamorphosis,” written and co-produced with Billboard chart topping composer, Tim Janssens (also known as Sunfreakz). Forever was engineered by Morgan Ray Garcia of Upstairs Records (Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston, Janet Jackson) and features drums by Janelle Monae’s official drummer, Mikey Phillips.
