Autolux has released a new track, “Soft Scene,” the first taste of new music from the enigmatic Los Angeles-based trio of Carla Azar, Greg Edwards, and Eugene Goreshter. “Soft Scene” maintains the band’s commitment to experimentation—fearlessly transforming pop songs into pure sonic explorations. The track—driven by stuttered beats and played with damaged percussive sound—was created by using monolithic intertwining bass parts and deconstructed guitars.
