“YOU MAY NEVER KNOW”
Paul Bergmann, a Los Angeles-based folk craftsman grew up in small-town seclusion, nestled in the rolling uplands of Western Massachusetts. Isolated from an active youth music scene, his sonic roots descended from his parent’s canon of Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, and Gordon Lightfoot. Recognized early on for his vocal potential, Bergmann’s childhood was often spent shuffled between voice lessons, choirs, musicals, and operas, polishing his vocal chords to have the sheen of facile, glassy, grace still audible today. Bergmann enjoyed singing, but consistently tired of channeling it into such formal products.

“BORN BEAUTIFUL” VIDEO
Jon Mullane’s new music video for his single Born Beautiful debuts on Vevo Friday, October 2, 2015. Shot in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and featuring rising Toronto-based actress Samantha Gracie, the story behind this powerful, epic rock/pop song conveys an important message – that who we are inside is much more important than our outward appearance.
“I think it’s important we look inside ourselves for strength, confidence and acceptance. The pressures of our modern society, especially on young people to conform to an unrealistic and superficial standard of perceived beauty is unattainable. I’ve had to deal with similar issues in my life that the lead character portrays in the video, and I think it’s important to get this message across” says Mullane.
