Brooklyn based Electronic act Future Relative will be playing Glasslands Gallery Tuesday July 30th, opening for Irish rock band Kid Karate. Following 2 buzzworthy music videos for “Deep End” and “Killer Lights” the band looks to bring their stunning visual aesthetic to captive live audiences and festival stages. Led by producer Armand Aviram, Future Relative’s brand of Electronica is a unique blend that has caught the ear of EDM fans in NYC. Fusing dance and rock in a manner often only employed by knob-twirlers like Justice or Deadmau5, Future Relative manages to emulate much of what those contemporaries do best while perfecting a sound readymade for today’s burgeoning festival culture. Influenced by 90s Electronic pioneers like Underworld and Prodigy, Future Relative looks to create longer form electronic rock fusion.
