Producer and crooner J.Kendall is releasing the music video for “Moving Forward,” the lead track off his his debut LP of the same name.
Like many today, soul singer J. Kendall got his start in music in his local church, learning the saxophone at 11-years-old. He went on to play in the Berkeley High School Jazz Program and later studied music at Sonoma State University. On a chance encounter, during his time in college, he met Spencer Williams of CFO Recordings, and they immediately began creating music together. J.Kendall went on to be an integral part of the hip-hop-jazz collective Sonicbloom, producing and recording songs and touring the west coast while preparing for his solo career.
