In anticipation of their album release in late August, the duo of Alexander Tucker (the very same one who releases records on ATP Recordings) and Daniel Beban, otherwise known as Imbogodom, are releasing the first single from their debut album The Metallic Year.
Entitled “Unseen Ticket”, the song’s gently plucked guitar and somber piano slowly mix in a churn of subtle psychedelia, ambience, and an eerie pinging tape loop. The video follows a similar path, with images of underwater creatures, a catacomb of skulls, and other ghostly apparitions providing the all-too-fitting imagery. Check them both out below!
