New York-based alt-rock group THE CRINGE will be releasing their third studio album, Play Thing, on March 16th, courtesy of Listen Records. THE CRINGE members include John Cusimano (vocals, guitar), Roto (lead guitar), Johnny Matias (bass), and Shawn Pelton (drums).
In addition to releasing and touring behind two prior albums, Tipping Point and Scratch The Surface, the band has plenty of experience under its belt. Roto is an ex-member of Air and Mr. Bungle, Matias played in Crash Moderns, and Pelton plays drums in the Saturday Night Live Band, and has recorded and performed with everyone from Bruce Springsteen to Rod Stewart.
