Iron Lizards have released “Obey / Annihilate”, the second single leading up to their debut album ‘Hungry for Action’. The French power-trio combines raw, primitive rock n roll with 80’s hardcore into a tasty mixture of energetic, straightforward garage rock.

Indie-pop duo Roses & Revolutions is set to release ‘Midnight Monsters,’ a new six-song EP, out October 15th via Nettwerk Records. Written in the middle of the night, in the strange hours before dawn when the world seems to stand still, there’s a quality of magical realism in each of the six tracks, where synth and analog sounds mix to create something otherworldly. But the album could only have been written during this past year, as the world experienced a collective warping of time and place. Ominous Conclusions the Lovecraft-inspired instrumental progressive metal project of French guitarist and composer Louis Nas, has released a video for “Part 1: Alone”. The song is taken from his upcoming EP The Outsider which will be released on August 20th.

The imagery in my head as I wrote it came from Dune, The Wrath of Khan, and Moebius’ illustrations for Jodorowsky’s Incal series of graphic novels. I wanted to evoke that spirit while making a jam that was a little heavier and a little more modern sounding than some of my other stuff. I think it stands out on the new record for its length and its slightly more aggressive nature. People will probably need lyrics sheets for this one cuz I wanted it to sound like the vocals were coming through a fucked up space helmet from a distance.”
