The Black Eyed Peas continue their reign on top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart for an unprecedented 21 weeks as “I Gotta Feeling” is number one once again. Miley Cyrus stays put at number two with “Party In the U.S.A.,” while “Down” by Jay Sean featuring Lil Wayne, rises four spots to number three. Taylor Swift holds the number four spot for the second straight week with “You Belong To Me.” Jay-Z, Rihanna and Kanye West’s “Run This Town” falls two notches to number five, while “Use Somebody” by Kings of Leon, which has been on the chart for 30 weeks, drops one spot to number six. Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” falls one rung to number seven, Keri Hilson’s “Knock You Down” featuring Kanye West and Ne-Yo stays at number eight, while Cobra Starship and Leighton Meester’s “Good Girls Go Bad” remains at number nine and Pitbull’s “Hotel Room Service” holds the line at number ten.
