INFECTED MUSHROOM’s video for “Smashing the Opponent,” the first single from their new album LEGEND OF THE BLACK SHAWARMA out on September 8 via Perfecto Records.
Directed by Petro and co-conceived with the song’s featured vocalist Jonathan Davis of Korn, the video was recently shot at Los Angeles’ The Roxy Theatre and the massive electronic music festival Electric Daisy Carnival in Los Angeles (Saturday, June 27) which drew over 90,000 people. The video–keeping in line with the band’s engaging persona–combines hilarious concept scenes and appearances by Jonathan Davis and Paul Oakenfold (Perfecto Records label head), as well as the unpredictable antics of actor/choreographer Ryan Heffington, aka Super Star DJ, and humongous closet INFECTED MUSHROOM fan Baron van Douche, with dazzling live performance footage of INFECTED MUSHROOM.
