Vancouver Musician Quinn Pickering Releases New Single ULTRAVIOLET
‘Ultraviolet’ is the 2nd single from Quinn’s new EP Supernova, which is set for release on November 13th. Much like his previous single, ‘Grapefruit’ (released on September 18th), ‘Ultraviolet’ examines the end of a relationship. But where ‘Grapefruit’ was full of nostalgic, melancholic longing for a past relationship, ‘Ultraviolet’ examines the parts that hurt and things left unsaid, creating a dark, introspective soundscape with a hint of an 80s vibe.

On Friday, October 16th, 2020 singer, songwriter and actress Quinn L’Esperance released her new single and music video “Dance In The Garden,” a touching tribute to her brother, Connor, who is on the Autistic spectrum.
The inspiration behind the song came from a saying from Quinn’s Dad.
“Connor lives in the garden, we live in the world. We have the ability to come in and out of the garden, but Connor gets to experience the beauty of just the garden.”

In light of October being National Bullying Prevention Month, brother and sister turned singer/songwriter duo, Juna N Joey, have decided to use their anti-bullying anthem, “Anchor,” to help advocate for anti-bullying efforts. “Anchor” is a song focused on anti-bullying inspired by a school friend who battled with self-harm and suicidal thoughts as a result of bullying.

Lindsey Lomis may be quickly rising, but her new single shares a necessary reminder to take a breather.
