The project was conceived as a vehicle for realizing ideas that exist in a separate space from his other/previous bands. Recorded in Rome, “Fo’s Room” is a look at searching for strength and inspiration in an enervating world.
The music isn’t wedded to genre and explores atmospheric metal, rock and electronic music flavours which owe as much to Paradise Lost and Ghost as to Air and Daft Punk. The arrangements are direct but take time to weave in progressive elements and dynamic atmosphere.

George Gretton Shares his Innovative & Incredible Debut EP ‘Floods’
Speaking on the release, EP Gretton explained “I produced these tracks over the last year, and each one of them sort of touches on my feelings towards a different person in my life. It feels kind of unfiltered and honest, which is quite scary to share!
For example, I wrote “Walk” while weighing up the different ways to try to help a friend who was going through a lot, knowing you don’t always have the answers. I was walking really late, the concept built up around this walk I was on. I made the beat that night, and used a recording of my walk at the start and end of the song. I’ve always wanted to make a song that was perfect for a late-night walk home with headphones, where all you can hear is your steps and a few cars in the distance. “Walk” was my attempt at that. I basically just hope some people can immerse themselves in it as much as I have.”

Chilean metal outfit NUCLEAR have released their new single “Facing Towards You”, the from their upcoming album “Murder Of Crows”.
After five years of silence, the band returns with a new album which will be released through Black Lodge Records/Sound Pollution on November 13th, 2020.
The band stated about the new single: “It was very difficult choosing the first single, but we think ‘Facing Towards You’ represents pretty much the spirit of the new album. It is simple, fast and brutal, just a little glimpse of what’s to come”.

Patricia Lalor has announced the release of her new EP Covers EP1 out October 2nd. To mark the announcement she has released the lead single and cover of The Marias’ ‘I Don’t Know You’.
Patricia treated fans to a live version of the cover earlier this year on her YouTube channel, which has gone on to clock up over 670K views.
The Covers EP1 finds the 14 year-old Wexford singer putting her dreamy indie touch to some of her favourite songs and biggest musical influences covering Radiohead’s ‘Present Tense’, ‘Change’ from Alex G and Mac DeMarco’s ‘My Kind Of Woman’. The latter has also previously been released live on Patricia’s YouTube channel, and has had over 1.1 million views since last year.
