Danish melodic, alternative metal group Cryosphere have a new EP arriving entitled Constellations. The songs on the EP have been made by throughout several changes in line-up (or constellations) and that is why the title is so.
Following a turbulent personal time, Cryosphere has managed to channel all of their feelings into raw new material, for which they took time off during the winter and early spring to complete. The finished product raises the stakes in the bands evolution invoking the bands traditional symphonic metal and hardcore but placed in their own musical playground with room for sheer emotion.

The Allman Betts Band releases official music video for “Long Gone”
The video for “Long Gone” was filmed on iPhones in seven different locations during the 2020 Quarantine in each band member’s respective home towns. Devon Allman spoke with Relix saying, “Never thought we’d film a music video while our band is apart. From the banks of the Missouri River to the Mountains of Wyoming, in skyscrapers, poppy fields, beaches, and backyards…we’re all a little ‘Long Gone’ lately.” Duane Betts adds, “We made lemonade out of lemons with this video and I think it turned out pretty sweet. We are definitely ‘Long Gone.’”

“Pharaoh’s Island started out as an exciting and unexpected match between one of my guitar loops and a Goblet Drum rhythm (a very common, household instrument in Israel). The unusual combination of sounds inspired me to think about an Island east off the shore of Sinai (Egypt) and a little bit south to the Israeli city of Eilat. This island, called Pharaoh’s Island, or “Coral Island”, is the site of an ancient fortress, used throughout the centuries as a strategic point in wars between the people of the area. What enchanted me about the place was the fact that underneath this militarized land there is a parallel universe that exists underwater, in the base of the island – an exceptionally rich colony of corals and marine life. It’s this shifting of focus from the surface inwards that inspired my musical and lyrical expression in this song.” – Zoe Polanski
