Southern California band, Ariel View tap into their punk and surf-rock influence for their new lofi-indie track “Fake Friends.” The bittersweet track about heartbreak balances melodic, gauzy guitar tones with bouncy beats and airy harmonies.

The first track from the album, “Magical Thinking,” premiered today at SPIN, who notes the track “features the delicate alt-folk that has become synonymous with the group.”
Led by existential questions about life and death, Holy Smokes Future Jokes finds frontman Eric Earley ruminating on the intermediate period between a person’s separate lives on earth, “and what it means to escape the cycle of birth and rebirth,” he explains.

International Recording Artist Jahmiel Reveal EP Title ‘REVAMP’
As people around the globe continue to stay home and slow the spread of the coronavirus, artists have been using the time to tap into their creative side. In mid-March, as the music world went into collective retreat, festivals were postponed; stadium tours were scrapped, and major artists shelved their albums, international recording artist Jahmiel did just the opposite.
While social distancing at home in Jamaica due to the pandemic for the past several weeks, Jahmiel has been putting the final touches on his sophomore EP titled “REVAMP” produced by his own imprint label Patriotz Muzik, and Akiem Bingham for Quantanium Records.
