Dolores O’Riordan, lead singer and songwriter of The Cranberries, will release the solo album, No Baggage on August 25th on Zoë/Rounder Records. With No Baggage, O’Riordan’s unforgettable, distinguished voice is back and better than ever. O’Riordan co-produced and wrote all the tracks on the album with Ontario-based Dan Brodbeck, resulting in a bright, clean sound that finds the singer’s astoundingly emotive voice front and center, be it on the gorgeous piano ballad “Lunatic” or the forthright, anthemic rocking track “Be Careful” or the infectious, driving lead single, “The Journey.” The national tour in support of the album, billed as “An Intimate Acoustic Evening with Dolores O’Riordan of The Cranberries” will begin September 23rd in Montreal.
