Little Hurt Drops Cinematic “Better Drugs” Visual
On his new single, Little Hurt shares, “‘Better Drugs’ is really the song that made me realize it was time for me to move on from The Mowgli’s and really tell my own story. I hadn’t even been thinking of starting a solo project but after writing this song everyone around me was like ‘okay this is special, this is different, this is new… you’re on to something here.’ It was at that point it became clear that I had to jump off the cliff, no matter how scary it was, to pursue what was out there for me behind the door I hadn’t yet opened.”

For Skope: Nicky Romero’s highly anticipated 3-track “Redefine” EP (out now)
Protocol label head and iconic artist Nicky Romero just released his highly anticipated “Redefine” EP, featuring two brand new club tracks as well as January’s single “I See.” He delivers high-energy gems “Time” and “Replica” to complete the holy trinity of club-ready records that comprise the EP, following a sonic path that both takes him back to his roots and propels him further into the realm of modern dance music. Running on an intense progressive buildup and a big, bouncy drop with percussive synths, “Time” keeps the energy high that “I See” established as the opening track. The EP finishes strong with “Replica,” which brings up images of dancing crowds in packed clubs, sending a message to the world that Nicky Romero is not even close to relinquishing his hold on electronic music. The “Redefine” EP is just one facet of the “Redefine” concept, which also includes a world tour, 3-part documentary series, themed website, and merchandise line.

Beretta Biz – ‘A Dog’
Directed by PT Da Producer this “a day in the life” visual through the streets of Memphis. It was important to capture the laid back vibe of the song (produced by Sempai Elemeye) in video form which I believe we accomplished. Also, getting shots of the dog in the video is what tied everything together.
PEPPERHEAD (Sydney) drop single ‘Watch You Fall’ from new EP ‘Words To The Wise’
There’s always a story to Pepperhead’s lyrics, and it is usually not too abstract. The Sydney four-piece have always tended to write about real life – real people, real events, real experiences – and their latest EP, Words To The Wise, is no different. Constructed using burly melodic hooks, meaningful words and simple, robust arrangements, Words To The Wise is a modern day Aus Rock classic, and a sheer testament to honesty in music.
