The New York Post reports Beyonce was scheduled to perform at Manhattan nightclub M2 on Saturday. However, due to her hectic tour preparations, the singer backed out of her contract and instead offered to make a one hour appearance instead. M2 owner Joey Morrissey is now threatening to sue the singer for “loss of reputation.” Morrissey reportedly spent 100-thousand dollar for a rented soundboard and other equipment and will lose money to reimburse party-goers. Beyonce has yet to reschedule at M2.
