SONG LYRICS: “GLOW”

You’re in the spotlight,

everybody’s hanging round

Nobody wants to miss it

You’re livin dreams, your

livin like a kennedy

Isn’t what you had envisioned

So you’re fadin out

Oh you’re fadin now

You’re on the edge, you’re

right up on the pinnacle

You’re in the spotlight,

everybody’s hanging round

Standin up top lookin down

You wonder if there’s light,

if you could fly away

You’re gonna leave this town

But you’re holdin out

Oh you holdin out

You

Shine

Brighter than all the others

You

Fly

Higher than the stars above

You glow

Oh you know

You’re on the master list,

and you ain’t ever gonna

Get up offa this stage

You’re gonna be exalted

just like a queen

Get used to this face

Don’t go fadin’ out

Oh you’re fadin now

You

Shine

Brighter than all the others

You

Fly

Higher than the stars above

You glow

Oh you know

You

Shine

Brighter than all the others

You

Fly

Higher than the stars above

You glow

Oh you know

And they watch and they watch and they

Watch and they see all

the love in your eyes

You

Shine

Brighter than all the others

You

Fly

Higher than the stars above

You glow

Oh you know

You

Shine

Brighter than all the others

You

Fly

Higher than the stars above

You glow

Oh you know.
