After years of shaping global dance floors, Brazilian producers Öwnboss and Scorsi are entering a new creative chapter with their collaborative project, IMMERSED. Known individually for major releases and global recognition, the duo is now focused on building a more intentional and immersive sound, moving beyond peak-time hits into something more refined and personal.
Their latest single, “The Last Time,” continues the rollout of their upcoming EP and highlights that evolution. Opening with a stripped-back arrangement centered around a female vocal, the track gradually builds into a brighter, rhythmic groove before unfolding into a euphoric, high-energy drop, balancing emotion with dancefloor impact.
“This track was about contrast, beauty and weight existing at the same time,” says Scorsi, while Öwnboss adds that the production pulls from sharper drums and heavier bass influences to build tension beneath the melody. The duo spent nearly two years refining the track, prioritizing detail and intention over speed.
That approach reflects the foundation of IMMERSED, a project rooted in contrast, precision, and storytelling through sound. With “The Last Time,” Öwnboss and Scorsi continue to define a new artistic identity, proving that even established names can evolve by going deeper rather than louder.
