Born into a musical Welsh family and raised in London, Judith’s life has been defined by her lifelong passion for performance and her unflinching honesty about mental health. Following the loss of her mother to suicide as a teenager, Owen channelled her grief into art, openly discussing her lifelong journey with anxiety and depression.
“I wanted to do music that made me smile, lit up my face, and made me laugh,” she explains. “After years of therapy and healing, joy became my rebellion.”
