Award winning London based singer, songwriter and pianist Jordan Bradley releases his new single ‘Jack’.
‘Jack’ is about heartbreak, euphoria, and the emotional chaos that comes with your early twenties. Jordan says: “I wrote it thinking about those messy, drunken nights in Brighton, falling in and out of queer clubs, chasing connection while trying to outrun loneliness. ‘Jack’ could be a name, a drink, or just a feeling. It’s intentionally ambiguous. For me, it’s about trying to feel something real when everything else feels out of control.”

Jordan composed and arranged ‘Jack’ on the piano first before collaborating with producer Fi Mac (Duran Duran, Adam Ant) to bring the record to life. It combines simplistic, memorable top lines and blends storytelling with organic instrumentation. The production is somewhat chaotic, and lets up only for a moment before the final chorus and climax, reflecting the chaotic nature of the song’s message.
‘Jack’ may initially come across as a straightforward pop club track, with its infectious beat and high energy, but beneath the surface, it reveals a deeper emotional core. At its heart Jack is a story about loneliness and a queer anthem that captures the universal struggle of seeking love and a sense of belonging. It’s vibrant sound contrasts with the vulnerability in its lyrics, making it a powerful expression of the complexities of queer identity and the pursuit of happiness in a world that often feels isolating.
