Everyone’s favorite Gummy Bear, Gummibär returns under his new alias, Gummy DJ to deliver the emotional new dance track, “Waiting for Love”.
Produced and performed by the creative minds behind the iconic Gummy Bear character known around the world, Gummy DJ delivers a high energy electro/future house track with hard hitting synths and grooves. The single is accompanied by a fun music video directed by Christian André Schneider (Tonekind) and filmed by Schmidt Videografie.
Gummibär’s music has always been rooted in classic dance and electronic, with his iconic hit, “The Gummy Bear Song” charting on the iTunes Dance Charts for 13 consecutive years, peaking at #1. With the new project, Gummy DJ looks to blend that classic “gummy” sound with a more mature production stylings, connecting with both Gummibär fans and all fans of dance music.
The new single follows-up Gummy DJ’s singles, “Bring Back the Bounce” and “Pizza in Ibiza” which have a combined 4 Million YouTube views in just a few months. The DJ also provided a remix to Die Gockelz’s debut single “Turbo Turbo”, appearing in the video.
