Martin Callingham is an alternative folk musician from Bristol, UK. It felt fitting to include this on ‘Time in the Sun’, because the album is a synopsis of my life in some ways, and even though they didn’t pan out, those relationships I had on the way to where I am now, are a big part of my story and my personality. Time-traveling concept indie-pop band 94RCADE release debut single “High Speed Chase”
While on a routine trip to 1994, Dave Choi (drummer), managed to break his time machine, leaving him stranded. He began building a new machine and through a terrible combination of poor science and a will to escape; he accidentally created the 94RCADE. 24 years later, in 2018, Trevor (vocals/guitar) and Christian (bass/vocals) were out on the town when their car broke down and they ended up in an abandoned warehouse district. That was the moment they unfortunately encountered the 94RCADE. They were transported into the machine and that’s where our story begins.

This song was for sure one of the more progressive tunes that we have written to this point but still contains some of the chorus driven writing that we tend to gravitate towards.”

The Coral announce their first headline tour in over three years, playing their self-titled, debut album in full over twelve UK-wide 20th Anniversary dates in March 2022, with tickets going onsale to fans at 9am on Fri 10 September 2021. Including two homecoming shows at Liverpool’s Invisible Wind Factory, news of the band’s live return comes with debut album reissue details and the surprise release of their remastered 2001 Shadows Fall EP in digital formats.
