Multi-hyphenate Miles Brown released the music video for “Entourage” today, off his debut hip hop album, We The Future, out now. Penned as a dedication to his friends, “Entourage” finds Miles calling out his crew for being down for him over a down-tempo trap beat crafted by Madlib and originally meant for Travis Scott. In the video for the track, Miles — who currently stars as the lovable Jack Johnson in ABC’s Emmy-nominated comedy series Black-ish — shows us he’s still just a typical teen who enjoys hanging with his boys as they hoop and shop for sneakers.

CONVULSE: Treble Premieres “Whirlwind”
Deathstar is the new full-length from Finnish progressive death metal veterans CONVULSE. A near forty-one-minute masterwork, Deathstar delivers nine tracks that transcend the boundaries of standard death metal. Fusing the prime tenets of death metal, heavy rock, and prog into something innovative and enticing, the record arguably picks up where the band’s underrated 1994 Reflections full-length left off adopting a similar genre-bending approach and modernizing it.
ABSOFACTO RELEASES VIDEO FOR “SOMEONE ELSE’S DREAM”
The track, which arrived last month, was featured as one of Billboard’s “10 new pop songs to get you through the week” and recently received an impressive rework from electro-indie-pop duo slenderbodies. The singer/songwriter’s breakthrough RIAA Gold-Certified smash hit – “Dissolve”- proved to be a certifiable viral phenomenon, topping multiple Billboard charts, being named SiriusXM’s AltNation’s #1 song of 2019, racking up over 190 million worldwide streams and being used in more than 3 million fan-created uploads on TikTok.
“There are a lot of different eras and styles that filter into our sound. There’s grunge, there’s classic rock, there’s alternative, and it’s all a part of who we are,” the band shared. “We’ve all known each other for so long, and it made us close as a unit. We never want to sound like another band; we always want to sound like Mess of Wires.”

The visually stunning video, filmed at Joshua Tree in the California desert, tells the story of a Latin American native father being reunited with his daughter, offering a spirituality in the guise of three tribesman who are accompanied by Keeana in the form of a guardian angel, who provides guidance as she oversees those making the pilgrimage. Through the choir-like chorus, Keeana wants listeners to know that someone is always with you, encouraging you not to give up. Keeana has proven an unlikely immigrant success story since her arrival here in 2016 after leaving university in London while still a teenager to pursue her modeling career, living in Milan and Paris before settling in New York.
Space Kamp Releases New Video for “Summer of Love”
For Space Kamp, “Summer of Love came from a few inspirations. It’s an ode to the Grateful Dead and the concert parking lot/Shakedown street culture that we love. Deadheads will hear the references throughout the song, hopefully the boys will hear it too and dig it! We also took a lot of inspiration from touring. We are still playing small venues and bars throughout North America so we are able to meet people and connect on a personal level.”
EXISTENTIAL INDIE ROCKER ELLE BELLE EXAMINES LIFE IN THE MIDDLE LANE WITH “EVERYONE KNOWS (BUT THEY WON’T TELL YOU)”
Los Angeles based songwriter and composer Elle Belle has released “Everyone Knows…” the second single from his third full-length album Post Everything due out on November 13th via Little Record Company. “Everyone Knows…” was written about the impossible feat of trying to be everything to everyone and not excelling at any of it. There is so much time spent switching lanes that we end up in the middle of the road and Elle Belle is asking how many of us feel this way? Elle Belle’s lyrics are straightforward statements such as. “I’m too strange to follow, But not desperate enough to fold I’m too scared to let go, But so miserable in control….and Everyone Knows but they won’t tell you.” This is a refreshingly honest song in a world where we are consuming life’s highlight reels on social media …instead of the truth. But don’t we all feel like this?
Danish artist Emi Wes’ newest single “All Grown Up”
“I hope just a few people can relate one way or the other to this song. I write songs about stuff that I can’t really get past personally, and then I write a song about it and I feel better,” adds Wes.
Americana-pop singer-songwriter, Cf Watkins, has released the new album, Babygirl, via Whatever’s Clever Records. Filled with conscious themes of empowerment, Babygirl is both a coming of age story and an ode to female friendship. “Romances have come in and out of my life, but through it all, the relationships that continue to open my heart the most are grounded in the women I’ve known,” says Watkins. “This is an album meant for other women to hear — with songs that are both vulnerable and powerful.”
Anjunabeats presents ‘Calling For You’, the next single from the debut album from Garry McCartney, aka Trance Wax.
Celebrating the formative sounds that Garry and his childhood friends – and sometimes collaborators – Bicep first fell in love with as Belfast teenagers, Trance Wax began as an anonymous series of vinyl-only bootlegs back in 2015.
“Conversations with strangers are exhausting when everyone’s playing a part and God knows I’ve been guilty of it,’ explains Gartland of her new single. “‘Pretending’ is a song about being done with putting on an act for other people. I worked on the song a lot over lockdown and really valued the time I had to pour into it, though it did feel odd to work on a song about being at a party when parties feel like a distant memory. I wanted the heart of the song to feel like you’ve separated yourself from the group and cut away all the chaos around you, only to be left with your own voice.”
With over 3 million Instagram followers and over 1 million YouTube subscribers, 25-year old Rolling Stone Breakthrough Artist DaniLeigh (born Danielle Curiel in Miami to Dominican parents) proves with every new release that she is a musical force to be reckoned with. Charming Liars Share Moving New Video “Losers”
The band shares: “Our new song “Losers” was inspired by one thing – who we become after losing something or someone irreplaceable. It’s in those moments of transformation that we feel the sharpest edges of our humanity and it’s also when we find our truest strength. This song’s about finding ownership and pride in the losses that helped make up the person you are today. It’s about time we sing a song for the losers.”

Jordan Davis Releases Reflective New Track “Lose You”
With the release of his self-titled EP in May, multi-Platinum-selling, singer/songwriter Jordan Davis delivered the catchy hooks that have become his signature like Top 30 and climbing single “Almost Maybes,” but he also went deeper with personal tracks such as the critically acclaimed “Detours” and spiritual “Church In A Chevy.” For the man who American Songwriter says “rips pages from the book of John Prine,” it was his passion for songwriting that drove the project. Drawing inspiration in the writer’s room from his own life, the six-song EP offered his most personal work to-date. Today he continues that creative trajectory with the release of “Lose You.”
Experimental dream pop group Jupiter Sprites – driven by songwriters Max Keena and Alicia Capp – hail from misty Olympia, WA, where late night recording sessions make for a lush array of compositions produced by Keena’s artful ear in his home studio.
In the wake of a series of traumatic events involving two hospitalizations and a car crash, Jupiter Sprites teetered on the brink of disbandment. But in a turn of events, the group took solace in the creative process. What resulted was a fresh musical perspective for the band, ultimately undergoing a
