But yes, playful enough for your little cousin to sing. Brilliant. The music video, directed by Giant, is sophisticated yet simple, precise and powerful like the song.
NYC-Based Rock Band The Inoculated Canaries Release “Hypocrite” On September 9th (Single & Video Link Below)
New York City-based band The Inoculated Canaries will release their new single “Hypocrite” (accompanied by a music video) on September 9th. “Hypocrite” was produced by Matt Squire (producer of Panic! at the Disco, The Used, Taking Back Sunday, Demi Lovato and more) and was mastered by Howie Weinberg (15X Grammy Award-Winning mastering engineer with 32 Grammy nominations and over 200 Gold and Platinum records.) The politically charged song stays clear of pointing a finger at any specific figure, but the lyrics describe the “lying eyes” of politicians who are unambiguously responsive to what is going on in the world right now. With the upcoming election very much on the band’s mind, they decided to time the release of the track to the fall campaign season.

Opus Vitae shares Stephen Hawking inspired indie ballad “End of the Road,” Announces album ‘Gramercy’ out 9/25
Los Angeles based indie artist Opus Vitae shares his new single “End of the Road,” a heavy, winding song that calls for some necessary action in a world of destruction. The legendary Tower Records debuted the track this week with an in-depth interview about quarantine, Los Angeles, and Opus Vitae’s creative process. Today we announce that his full-length album Gramercy will be available on September 25. The album is an autobiographical product he intends to be a fluid narrative in which each song seeks to capture the emotion or feeling of a moment in time.
According to Banah Winn, aka Opus Vitae, “End of the Road” is “a wakeup call that seems more relevant than ever. Originally, after reading an article that talked about Stephen Hawking saying we need to get our shit together as humans or we’re going to destroy the planet and end our species I wrote End Of The Road. It’s essentially a plea for all of us to do just that.”

JAMES HUMPHRYS – Celebrates two months of ‘Memory Palace’ with new video for ‘All The Same’
Speaking about the video, James said; “The directors Em Turner, Ruben Neviazsky and I wanted a video that was playful and fun but that also tapped into the strange current circumstances we find ourselves in. The idea of a flirtatious, social distanced dance with a stranger (Jacinda Vuorinen) from across the street. I’ve always loved music videos that incorporate dance as it’s an natural, organic response when we hear music and we were greatly influenced by the band Jungle and their one take choreographed music videos. A big concern during the filming was that I might give off Troy Bolton Golf Course vibes (If you know, you know). Thankfully we avoided high school musical remakes and untied shoelaces (though we won’t mention the lamp post incident).”

We’ve all been there. We’ve all felt this way: Do I follow my head or my heart?

Band says: “Misplaced is an intensely personal song for me. I wrote the lyrics when I was in a dark place in my life. I was dealing with a lot of guilt even though I was the one responsible for ending the relationship.
